The Financial Documents Division of ACOM Solutions, developer and marketer of MICRPro check printing solutions for community banks and credit unions, has broadened and restructured its geographic coverage with the appointment of regional managers located in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast and with the reappointment of sales partners serving the financial sector in the Upper Midwest and Central States, it was announced today by Division Vice President Mark Firmin.

Headquartered in Duluth, Georgia, the division will continue to add representation in other states and regions, with the near-term objective of achieving heightened presence and visibility among community banks and credit unions throughout the nation. Last month, the division introduced a new, easier-to-use version of its MICRPro(TM) in-house check and document printing solutions that consolidates the features of its Fulfillment, Teller, and Back Office software modules into a single integrated solution and which offers bank customers and credit union members significantly expanded choices in the design of their checks.

Most banks and credit unions acquire MICRPro in order to fulfill customer and member checkbook orders in-house, saving them both time and money, Firmin said. Once in place, many find that the solution also enables them to generate most of the financial documents used in the institution, including loan coupons, teller documents and batch documents that are generated from imported data, such as club checks and other distributions.
