Computone Corporation (OTCBB: CMPT) announced today, ACNielsen, a company of VNU N.V., the world's leading provider of market research information and analysis, has deployed Computone's (www.computone.com) Remote Console product to support their infrastructure network.

RCM servers are designed with enhanced features for out-of-band remote console management. This gives administrators the power to securely administer, troubleshoot, reconfigure or reboot devices via the serial port thus bypassing network obstacles. "It is cost prohibitive to send technicians to remote sites from an IT support center in Oxford, England, every time a network device has a problem," said Computone President, Leo Bebeau, "Their network administrators can access the device securely from the central IT Support location, so secure remote access is a core requirement."
