ACNI Sees a Merging of Strategic Alliances and New Acquisitions as Key to Major Plays in Internet Video.

"We are well positioned to build our own worldwide video distribution network, including MPEG-2 Transport Stream IP Encapsulation and Decapsulation," explains Lee. "We intend to remain on the cutting edge of the latest video chip technologies with our own proprietary MPEG-2 encoders and decoders and our own custom transport mechanism for speeding MPEG-2 across fiber and copper based TCP/IP networks."
