ACN Appoints Four New Executives.

Kim McDonald joins ACN with more than 15 years experience in telecommunications. She has held many executive and management positions, most recently heading the wholesale and retail market initiatives for IXC Communications Inc. She will be responsible for ACN's U.S. telecommunications operations and services provided to independent representatives. McDonald earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan (body, education) University of Michigan - A large cosmopolitan university in the Midwest USA. Glenn Williams joins ACN with over 20 years of experience in leading, managing, and organizing energy utility programs. Most recently employed as the CEO for EnergyChoice/NPC, William's other accomplishments include serving as a professional speaker on the topics of strategic planning, deregulated energy, energy derivatives, and public policy; and authoring and publishing a number of articles on the subjects of strategic, program, and project management. He will be responsible for all aspects of development and implementation of the ACN Energy division, based in McLean, Virginia.
