Multiple Executives Present on Panels Highlighting the Role of Central Labs

WHO:   ACM-Pivotal sets itself apart by its single focus on providing

       Peter Napier, director, Business Development, has 20 years
       experience as a biomedical scientist, and has worked in
       contract research for the pharmaceutical industry for more than
       12 years. Napier's range of experience spans all phases of
       clinical development. As head of the European business
       development team, Peter has been responsible for a rapidly
       growing global client base.

       Kathleen Murray, executive director, Global Operations and
       Strategic Development, has spent more than 25 years in the
       clinical laboratory with experience in all areas of general
       laboratory testing. Murray has been aligned with the clinical
       trials central laboratory division, ACM-Pivotal since 1997. A
       primary responsibility is to expand the central lab's global
       presence to India and other regions of interest while ensuring
       data harmonization and standardization of process.

       Elena Logan, VP, Clinical Trials, has 19 years experience in
       the clinical research industry. Logan's experience is comprised
       of project management for a major pharmaceutical company,
       clinical operations and business development in the CRO
       industry. In her present role, Elena is responsible for overall
       growth and business strategy

WHAT:  "Getting the Small Pharmaceutical Perspective on Leveraging the
       Value of Lab Relationships." Peter Napier will present his
       experience on working with smaller pharmas and discuss the need
       for labs to understand their typical internal processes for a
       successful partnership. He will be joined by representatives
       from King Pharmaceuticals and Cerexa.

       "Effective and Efficient Outsourcing and Operational Process
       Strategies for Working with Smaller Pharmaceutical Companies."
       Kathy Murray will focus on how to leverage the expertise of
       global central labs and develop true partnerships to better
       manage projects and improve external efficiencies. She will
       provide tips on gaining process efficiencies, setting
       expectations, and improving IT support. Other panelists
       include representatives from Coley Pharmaceutical Group and
       Celtic Pharma.

       "Effective Use of Mid-Sized Central Labs for Global Studies."
       Elena Logan will present industry-leading best practices when
       partnering with a global central lab. The focus will be on
       global clinical trials, which require understanding of local
       logistics and standards.
