(NYSE: ADF), a closed-end management investment company, declared on this date, November 28, 1995, a monthly income dividend of $0.1050 per share of Common Stock payable on December 22, 1995 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 6, 1995. Ex-date will be December 4, 1995.
