The American Center for Law and Justice, an international public interest law firm specializing in constitutional law, said today's approval of a ban on partial-birth abortion by the U.S. Senate now sets the stage for a legal battle to protect human life. The measure cleared the U.S. House of Representatives earlier this month and now goes to President Bush who has said he will sign it.
