ACL Semiconductors, Inc. Raises Current Quarter Revenue Outlook.

HONG KONG -- ACL Semiconductors, Inc. (OTC BB: ACLO) announced that following record second quarter sales, third quarter revenue's are expected to exceed third quarter results for the same period last year in 2003. Based upon proforma calculations, third quarter sales are expected to comfortably exceed $25 million for the quarter ending September 30, 2004.

In a statement offered to shareholders, CEO, Alan Yang, commented, "Over the past two years we have enjoyed double and triple-digit rates of sequential top line revenue growth. We attribute some of our success to the robust consumer electronics industry within Southern China. We also believe our talented team of highly trained Field Access Engineers provides a uniquely enhanced customer service which strengthens customer loyalty. We call it a Total Solutions Approach. Our FAE's work to ensure the design of the most cost effective memory solution platforms for each customer. These two factors have enabled us to grow faster in a shorter period of time when compared to our competition." Mr. Yang concluded, "We will continue to develop our engineering capabilities and build our customer and supplier relationships to ensure we remain a dominant player in memory component sales and distribution."
