ACL Semiconductors, Inc. Announces Status to Former Affiliates Stock Purchase.

HONG KONG -- Previously on September 8, 2004, ACL Semiconductors, Inc. (OTCBB:ACLO) announced the stock purchase agreement involving two former affiliates (former Print Data Corp. officers and directors). Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, the investor elected not to exercise the option to purchase the second round of 250,000 shares at price of $1.25 per share. Shares deposited in escrow have been returned to the shareholders as of October 20, 2004, and there is no further obligation to either party.
