ACI has action and thrills.American Cinema International offers its own presentation of the sinister and unbelievable in new teen thriller, Bad Girls from Valley High. Competitive teenage antics climb to thrilling heights as three popular and pretty girls are cursed by a hot new student from Transylvania. The girls are aging at an accelerated rate, and they must regain their youth before it's lost forever. Also new is the dark comedy Mesmeritz, a feature that draws on the eerie world of Edgar Allan Poe. A doctor coaxes a family into allowing him to hypnotize a dying man during his last moments. The company will be screening at both MIFED and the AFM, the youth-oriented romantic comedy The Biggest Fan, about a pop-crazed young girl who becomes romantically involved with a famous pop singer; Falcon, about an ex-military man who must release his seedy past involving a covert operation; and Challenge, a film loaded with martial art action. Debuting at the AFM is The Clown, from the producers of the successful German TV series of the same name. www.aci-americancinema.com |
