ACI and LogicaCMG Partner to Provide Electronic Document Delivery Solutions; LogicaCMG to Distribute ACI's e-Courier Product.

ACI Worldwide (Nasdaq:TSAI), a leading international provider of enterprise e-payment solutions, today announced it has entered into a distribution agreement with LogicaCMG, a global solutions company providing management and IT consultancy, systems integration and outsourcing services. LogicaCMG has a successful track record in designing and implementing Electronic Document Delivery solutions. Under terms of the agreement LogicaCMG will market, sublicense, install, maintain and support ACI's e-Courier product worldwide.

ACI's e-Courier employs industry-standard digital signature and encryption capabilities to ensure that documents are authentic and private. E-mails may include PDF statements and statement data files for direct download into a personal financial manager, as well as interactive links to information on new products and links to services at an organization's Web site. E-Courier's unique tracking and archival capabilities give organizations the ability to accurately track the status of each message, including details of when it was submitted, relayed, delivered and viewed. Current e-Courier customers include Municipal Credit Union of New York, First National Bank of Omaha, Commerce Bank & Trust, Texas A&M University and Cable & Wireless.
