ACI Worldwide to Market Testing and Simulation Tools From SoftSell Business Systems.

ACI Worldwide (Nasdaq:TSAI), a leading international provider of enterprise electronic payments solutions, announces that it has entered into an exclusive agreement with SoftSell Business Systems, LLC to license a pair of SoftSell's system testing and simulation tools to ACI customers worldwide. ACI will use the tools to help customers increase the performance and quality of their business critical applications and systems.

ACI is granted an exclusive worldwide right to market SoftSell's VersaTest and Relate products. Both are designed to replicate production environments and address testing requirements of Compaq NonStop Himalaya users.

VersaTest is an online, automated testing and simulation tool capable of simulating any type of terminal, device, switch, interchange, application interface or NonStop Himalaya process. BACS, Ltd., the world's largest clearinghouse based in the UK, recently licensed VersaTest to support its migration from a K-Series to S-Series Himalaya system.
