ACI Announces Global Partnership with Avada Software LLC.

OMAHA, Neb. -- ACI Worldwide (Nasdaq:TSAI), a leading international provider of enterprise payment solutions, today announced a global partnership with Avada Software LLC. The partnership allows ACI to distribute Avada's Infared360(TM) product. Addressing the requirements inherent to IBM WebSphere(R) MQ (WMQ) environments, Infrared360 is J2EE compliant, agentless technology for the WMQ family of products. Built as a platform independent J2EE web application, Infrared360 enables organizations to better manage their WMQ infrastructure without the need to deploy labor intensive agent software.

Infrared360 will allow ACI to deliver systems management and testing tools to customers with WMQ environments running on NonStop platforms. The partnership will also enable ACI customers to manage critical transactions across heterogeneous systems spanning both NSK and non-NSK environments.
