ACH Direct Awarded Toll Roads Contract.


CATHEDRAL CITY, Calif. -- ACH Direct Inc. announced today that it has signed a contract with the Transportation Corridor Agencies Transportation Corridor Agencies (TCA) are two joint powers authorities formed by the California legislature in 1986 to plan, finance, construct, and operate Orange County's toll roads. , which operate Orange County's 67-mile public toll road system, to provide toll transaction processing services to their organizations.
