Hughes as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer A chief administrative officer (CAO) is responsible for administrative management of private, public or governmental corporations. Hughes is a CPA (Computer Press Association, Landing, NJ) An earlier membership organization founded in 1983 that promoted excellence in computer journalism. The CPA disbanded in 2000.  who has garnered significant knowledge of corporate growth issues during his tenure at major companies such as Aon Corporation.
