ACE USA Expands Premises Pollution Liability Environmental Policy to Respond to Growing Needs of U.S.-based Companies with Global Locations.


PHILADELPHIA -- ACE USA, the U.S.-based retail operating division of the ACE Group of Companies, today announced that it has expanded its Premises Pollution Liability (PPL PPL - Polymorphic Programming Language. An interactive, extensible language, based on APL, from Harvard University.

--Remediation costs, including replacement costs, for pollution on, at, or emanating from the insured locations

--Remediation costs for claims from government agencies for pollution on, at, or emanating from the insured locations

--Third-party bodily injury, property damage, and remediation costs for pollution on, at, under or migrating from the insured locations.

--Third-party bodily injury, property damage, and remediation costs arising from pollution conditions caused during the transportation of wastes of products

--Claims arising from listed non-owned disposal sites

--Legal defense expenses for any claims covered under the policy
