ACE USA Appoints Michael R. Richardson as ESIS' Senior Vice President, Claims.

PHILADELPHIA -- ESIS, Inc., ("ESIS[R]") a risk management services company, today announced the appointment of Michael R. Richardson as Senior Vice President, Claims. Based in Philadelphia, Mr. Richardson will be responsible for overall execution of claims management services throughout the United States and Canada.

Mr. Richardson has more than 35 years of experience in the insurance industry and has particular expertise in developing innovative claims management solutions to better serve customers' needs. Prior to joining ESIS, Mr. Richardson spent 35 years with Liberty Mutual in Boston, holding a series of progressively responsible claims management positions. Most recently he held the position of Vice President-Manager, National Account Services, where he created and managed customer satisfaction initiatives, managed partnership arrangements, and national market stewardship programs.

Mr. Richardson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Keene State College in Keene, N.H. Additionally, he holds the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) professional designation.
