ACE USA Appoints Gary Hightower as Senior Vice President and National Sales Executive of ACE Global Solutions.

PHILADELPHIA -- ACE USA, the U.S.-based retail operating division of the ACE Group of Companies, today announced the appointment of Gary Hightower as Senior Vice President and National Sales Executive, ACE Global Solutions. Based in Dallas, Mr. Hightower will have responsibility for leading the sales, marketing, and distribution management initiatives for ACE USA's Global Solutions business operations, with a focus on expanding ACE USA's domestic and multinational cash flow programs. ACE Global Solutions strives to engage and enhance the use of ACE's extensive global reach and product capabilities to deliver worldwide insurance solutions.

With more than 30 years of underwriting, business development and sales experience in the insurance arena with particular emphasis on serving the regional large-risk marketplace, Mr. Hightower joined ACE USA in 1999. He most recently served as Southwest Regional Executive for ACE USA. Prior to his tenure with ACE USA, Mr. Hightower spent 10 years at AIG in senior leadership roles in its risk management and regional operations division focusing on national accounts. Mr. Hightower's tenure in the insurance arena also includes 10 years with Continental Special Risk. Mr. Hightower earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Bishop College in Dallas.
