ACE USA Announces Executive Appointments.


Christopher A. Maleno Named President, ACE USA Regional Operations -- Joseph S. Clabby Named President, ACE USA West

PHILADELPHIA -- ACE USA, the U.S.-based retail operating division of the ACE Group of Companies, today announced the appointments of Christopher A. Maleno as President, ACE USA Regional Operations and Joseph S. Clabby as President, ACE USA West.

, Mr. Maleno will have overall responsibility for the ACE USA field operations, which drive distribution strategies with brokers on a national and regional basis, as well as expanding ACE USA's product and marketing approach at the local level. In addition, Mr. Maleno will have responsibility for ACE USA's focused customer segmentation model and strategies, which deliver customized products and services to large national accounts, middle market corporate risk accounts, and small commercial businesses. The field operations and customer segmentation functions will report into Mr. Maleno.

Mr. Clabby, who formerly served as Executive Vice President, ACE USA Regional Operations, will assume the leadership role for ACE USA's Western operations, overseeing the regional operations and executive leadership in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dallas, and Houston. Mr. Clabby will relocate to San Francisco and report to Mr. Maleno.

Mr. Clabby's prior roles include executive positions with ACE Financial Solutions and more than 20 years experience in banking, brokerage, and insurance underwriting. He holds a bachelor of science degree in psychology from Fordham University, a master's degree in education from Montclair State University History
