ACE Appoints Norie Bregman Deputy General Counsel for Corporate Affairs.

 -- The ACE Group of Companies announced today that Norie Bregman has been appointed Deputy General Counsel for Corporate Affairs, ACE Group Holdings, Inc.

In this new position, Ms. Bregman will be responsible for legal matters related to ACE Group's corporate structure, treasury function, major transactional work and intellectual property. ACE Group Holdings, Inc. is the holding company for the operations of ACE Limited domiciled in the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area. . Ms. Bregman will report directly to Robert Cusumano, General Counsel of ACE Limited.

Prior to her new role, Ms. Bregman served as General Counsel of ACE Asset Management and provided senior legal support to the company on a wide variety of transactional and non-transactional matters. Earlier in her career Ms. Bregman served as a corporate attorney for three law firms: LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae; Sutherland, Asbill & Brennan; and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.

Ms. Bregman holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Virginia and a juris doctor The degree awarded to an individual upon the successful completion of law school.
