This presentation will discuss the role mediation plays in increasing the flexibility of a 3G infrastructure, identifying areas of revenue leakage, and reducing the high costs of doing business in today's competitive environment, without compromising the introduction of new services and market expansion activities. It will also provide insights into how these capabilities can increase a service provider's Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), conduct accurate billing reconciliation activities with other carriers, and augment Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities.
