) earlier this year.

"Being on the Approved Products List gives us the opportunity to market and sell throughout the Department of Defense (DoD) and allows the customer to purchase the full NetPlus suite," said Ben Gray, Vice President of ACE*COMM's EOSS group. "This approval -- combined with our history of successfully supplying DoD and our on-going experience with the Air Force Telecommunications Management Systems (TMS TMS Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (alternative medicine for depression)
TMS Test Match Special (sports - cricket)
TMS Texas Motor Speedway
TMS Transportation Management System
TMS Toyota Motor Sales
) project, one of the government's largest implementations of TMS -- gives NetPlus an unequalled position in this vertical market niche."

DoD recently established broad and far-reaching policies for essentially all new network technology purchases. These policies require that network technology purchases meet DoD specific interoperability, information assurance and other security requirements. Communications products purchased by DoD for connection to the Defense Switched Network must demonstrate interoperability, and achieve JITC certification. The requirement for JITC certification is included in Public Law 107-314, SEC 353.
