ACDI/VOCA.The ACDI ACDI - Agence Canadienne de Développement International (Canadian International Development Agency) ACDI - Asynchronous Communications Device Interface (IBM)/VOCA Board of Directors elects Vern McGinnis of Bloomington, Ill., as its new chairman. McGinnis, vice president of strategic planning and corporate services for GROWMARK Inc., has served on the ACDI/VOCA ACDI/VOCA - Agricultural Cooperative Development International and Volunteers in Overseas Cooperative Assistance board since 1997, though he also served many years on the predecessor ACDI board. In recent years he has chaired ACDI/VOCA's Audit Committee. The board also appoints Carl H. Leonard as president and CEO of the organization. |
