McGinnis, vice president of strategic planning and corporate services for GROWMARK Inc., has served on the ACDI/VOCA board since 1997, though he also served many years on the predecessor ACDI ACDI Agence Canadienne de Développement International (Canadian International Development Agency) ACDI Agricultural Cooperative Development International ACDI Asynchronous Communications Device Interface (IBM) board. In recent years he has chaired ACDI/VOCA's Audit Committee. The board also appoints Carl H.
