Terms of the agreements were not disclosed. Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, with offices in Akron and Columbus, Datacorp provides information technology staffing and solutions to a wide variety of clients with expertise in migration from legacy systems to client server, contract programming, and other critical, specialized operations. Revenues are estimated to be approximately $9 million for calendar 1996, based on unaudited financial information. AccuStaff announced yesterday the signing of a definitive merger agreement under which Career Horizons, Inc. (NYSE NYSE See: New York Stock Exchange :CHZ CHZ Circumstellar Habitable Zone ) will be acquired by and merged into AccuStaff, creating the fourth largest staffing company in the United States.
