ACCUHEALTH ANNOUNCES CONTRACT

 NEW YORK, Nov. 24 ~PRNewswire~ -- Accuhealth Inc. (NASDAQ: ACCU, Warrants: ACCUW, Units: ACCUU) announced today the signing of a contract with Aetna Health Plans whereby Accuhealth is a preferred provider of home infusion therapy to Aetna's patient base in the New York metropolitan area. This marks the sixth major insurance contract awarded to Accuhealth in 1992. The others include, Travelers Health Network, The Sanus Health Plan (a New York Life Insurance Company), The Oxford Health Plan, The Bronx Health Plan and MultiPlan, a PPO operating in 40 states. Other contracts have been signed with Calvary Hospital and with the New York Health and Hospitals Corporation to provide durable medical equipment and supplies.
 Stanley Lepelstat, president of Accuhealth, Inc. attributes the significant interest displayed in the Accuhealth Home Infusion Therapy by major insurance companies' to the fact that Accuhealth is the lowest cost provider of such services in the metropolitan area. Mr. Lepelstat stated, "We fully expect to enjoy continued acceptance not only by insurance companies' but also by HMOs in this area because of the high quality and dependability and low cost of our services."
