for Windows Plus Series, a new product family designed to address the accounting needs of small- to medium-size businesses that require more than an entry-level program and to provide an option for DOS users seeking an affordable Windows accounting solution.

The design of ACCPAC for Windows Plus Series is based on ACCPAC for Windows, the company's flagship multi-tier accounting product and provides more features than ACCPAC's DOS-based accounting software product, ACCPAC Plus Accounting. ACCPAC for Windows Plus Series is a powerful modular accounting solution for small to medium sized businesses and supports up to fine concurrent user In computer science, the number of concurrent users for a resource in a location, with the location being a computing network or a single computer, refers to the total number of people using the resource at the same time.  in Windows NT (Windows New Technology) A 32-bit operating system from Microsoft for Intel x86 CPUs. Upon surveying ACCPAC Plus DOS clients, it was found that a significant number of them work on NetWare or Peer-to-Peer environments and perceive today's Windows products as too much technology and therefore too expensive. Many expressed the need to upgrade to Windows but haven't had an affordable option that meets their sophisticated accounting requirements.

ACCPAC for Windows Plus Series' modules include: System Manager, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable accounts receivable n. the amounts of money due or owed to a business or professional by customers or clients.
