ACCO Brands Corporation Announces Internet Availability of Annual Meeting Materials Per New SEC Notice and Access Rule.

LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill. -- ACCO Brands Corporation (NYSE:ABD), a world leader in select categories of branded office products, today announced the Internet availability of proxy materials for its Annual Meeting of Stockholders under the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's new Notice and Access rule.

By adopting the notice and access rule, as an alternative to the traditional approach of delivering a printed set of proxy materials to each stockholder, companies may now deliver a "Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials" to stockholders, provide Internet access to the proxy materials, and provide free of charge a printed set of proxy materials by mail to any stockholder who requests them. By following the new Notice and Access rule, ACCO Brands expects to reduce the number of printed copies of its proxy materials this year by more than 70 percent, both lowering the cost and reducing the environmental impact of producing and delivering these materials.
