The two companies will create a healthcare information and communication network linked by ACCESS's remote communication products, RemoteACCESS, ACCESS PSx, LabACCESS and ACCESS DMx. The Networks will connect local physicians with PCL reference laboratories and patient service centers. PCL is the second largest clinical reference laboratory in the state of California.

Under the terms of the sales agreement PCL has agreed to purchase, over a three year period, at least of 2,000 Access HealthNet remote communication systems for its Northern California operations.

We now have both major independent clinical reference laboratories in the State of California as clients. Centered on the cities of Los Angeles and San Diego, Southern California is home to nearly 24 million people and is the nation's second most populated region,  network. We expect our contract with PCL to add over 4,000 doctors to our healthcare information network. Introduction to these healthcare providers will grant Access HealthNet the opportunity to generate additional revenues from specialty products now in development which are designed for the physician's office."

PHYSICIANS CLINICAL LABORATORY, is the second largest reference laboratory in California, maintaining three full service laboratories, 36 STAT facilities and 203 patient service centers.
