ACC meets high expectations of NARAL Pro-Choice New York.

ACC Construction has just completed the full build-out for NARAL Pro-Choice New York at 470 Park Avenue South, announces Michele Medaglia, president and CEO of ACC.

"ACC has a well-earned reputation for completing fast track corporate interior projects smoothly and on schedule," say Ms. Medaglia.

"This project presented a unique set of challenges which we met head-on, and I am proud to count it among our many success stories."

The project, which had a tight eight-week schedule entailing coordination with all participating clients and vendors, the installation of new mechanical systems, bamboo walls, stone entrances, security installation and furnishings, officially concluded with a ribbon-cutting ceremony held with much fanfare and attended by Mayor Bloomberg, a well-known NARAL supporter.

"I'd describe our experience with ACC as "refreshing', probably not a word that most people would ever use when undertaking a major construction project," says Kelli Conlin, President of NARAL Pro-Choice New York.

"Our demands were high--beautiful flex spaces built to strict guidelines and completed in under eight weeks. The results speak for themselves."

David Silverman and Laura Evans of Loffredo Brooks Architects, P.C. were the architects for the project. According to Mr. Silverman, "The design for the space reflects the collaborative environment of the organization and encourages communication between all levels of employees, board members and volunteers.

"The neutral palette is punctuated by bright color accents and rich textures to create a dynamic experience."

SL Green was the management team. "It was also a pleasure working again with James Pesci, Alex Santacroce and the team at SL Green," adds Medaglia.

"SL Green was extremely responsive to the needs of the tenant with respect to the construction.".
