ACC Construction does it for Love.

ACC Construction has completed an interior renovation at 5 Hanover Square for Love Funding Corporation, a full-service commercial mortgage banking firm, announces Michele Medaglia, president and CEO of New York's leading WBE construction management and general contracting firm.

The renovation, which occurred on a partially occupied floor, was meticulously coordinated to ensure minimal disruption to the firm's staff.

Much of the construction was implemented before and after conventional business hours.

"ACC has extensive experience constructing projects in occupied spaces," says Medaglia.

"Over the years, we have developed techniques to minimize disruptions during the construction process. Whether it's in an office, school or healthcare environment, there are extra measures we take to mitigate the dust and noise that naturally occur with construction.

"We also try to complete as much work as possible before and after business hours, which requires the cooperation of building management. In this case, we were working in a building owned and managed by Swig Equities and they could not have been more accommodating or helpful on behalf of their tenants."

With the cooperation of Swig Equities and the experienced ACC Construction team, the project, which entailed drywall replacement, millwork, electrical, flooring, painting, HVAC and sprinkler installation, was completed quickly and within schedule.
