Jerome Williams (born May 10, 1973 in Washington, D.C.) is an American former professional basketball player in the NBA, who last played for the New York Knicks.
, future CPA (Computer Press Association, Landing, NJ) An earlier membership organization founded in 1983 that promoted excellence in computer journalism. Its annual awards honored outstanding examples in print, broadcast and electronic media. The CPA disbanded in 2000.  

* Hawken School Hawken School is an independent, coeducational, college preparatory day school in Northeast Ohio.

Hawken currently has two campuses, the Lower School in Lyndhurst and the Upper School in Gates Mills.

Ten years ago, The Ohio Society of CPAs and the National Association of Black Accountants formed a partnership to bring a special program to minority high school students in Ohio. The Accounting Careers Awareness Program (ACAP-Ohio) is a week-long summer enrichment enrichment Food industry The addition of vitamins or minerals to a food–eg, wheat, which may have been lost during processing. See White flour; Cf Whole grains.  program specifically for minority high school students who are interested in pursuing careers in business or accounting. ACAP-Ohio opens students' eyes to the world of business through interactive sessions, workshops, tours and mentoring.

Jerome Williams participated in last summer's ACAP-Ohio program. Embarking on his senior year at Hawken School in Gates Mills, Ohio, Jerome already had dreams of one day becoming a CPA. "The professionals I met at ACAP-Ohio were inspirational in·spi·ra·tion·al

. They taught me a wealth of information about accounting and business. Plus, I learned about the importance of public speaking, etiquette etiquette, name for the codes of rules governing social or diplomatic intercourse. These codes vary from the more or less flexible laws of social usage (differing according to local customs or taboos) to the rigid conventions of court and military circles, and they , and much more!"

Since ACAP-Ohio's first program in 1996, over 300 students have participated and countless volunteers have given their time to bring the business world to life for these students. ACAP-Ohio is a fully-supervised, all-expenses paid program open to minority high school students from across Ohio.
