EVERTON under-18s look to build on their first victory of 2006 when travel to take on Wolverhamp-ton Wanderers tomorrow (kick-off 11am). Neil Dewsnip's side scored a fine 1-0 victory over Manchester United to knock them off the top of the FA Premier Academy League The FA Premier Academy League is the top level of youth football in England. It is contested between the Academy sides of FA Premier League and Football League clubs. History The league was founded as the FA Premier Youth League Group C table last weekend. And they will be looking to take that form into tomorrow's match and for the rest of the season. A run which saw them win just once in six league games prior to last week caused Dewsnip's side slip down the table. But although they are lying sixth in the nine-team North West division, they are just seven points behind new section leaders Blackburn Rovers. So if they can put together a similar run together as they did earlier in the season when they lost just once in their first 11 games, they could easily challenge for the title and a place in the end-of-season National play-offs. But first they will concentrate of scoring back-to-back wins for the first time since October. Ironically those victories were against Manchester United and tomorrow's opponents Wolves. A similar result and performance to that last meeting when Everton won 1 - 0 would be welcome. Dewsnip said: "We've won two of the last three matches so with a bit of luck we are getting back on the road to being how we were earlier on in the season. "We would like to challenge back at the top but we will have to see. "We don't want to get that far ahead of ourselves just yet. But having won those two games we are slowly getting there. "We just want to take that on to Wolves and build from that for the rest of the season. But as always we will take one game at a time." Irish striker Aidan Downes Aidan Downes (born July 24th 1988 in Dublin) is an Irish football player currently playing for the Everton Reserves.
