Originally called "OLE Messaging" and "Active Messaging," CDO wraps the Enhanced MAPI library into a COM object that provides the Asset Management and Structured Credit businesses by analyzing and managing the entire range of corporate credits, including leveraged loans and corporate credit default swaps Credit Default Swap A swap designed to transfer the credit exposure of fixed income products between parties. Prior to ING, he was a Vice President in the Restructuring Advisory group at The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi and a Vice President in the Global Telecommunications and Media Group at J.P. Morgan Chase.
