AC Delco Receives Initial Shipment From Microphonics.

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 6, 2000

AC Delco Service Parts Operations (division of General Motors Corporation) received its initial shipment of Model AO7's from Microphonics (OTCBB:MRPS). AC Delco is a brand name recognized globally for sales and distribution of automotive replacement parts for all types of vehicles.

AC Delco makes more than 65,000 parts and every month ships 36,000 tons of automotive replacement parts to retail outlets and repair shops through distribution channels comprised of independently owned warehouses. Microphonics received AC Delco's initial order through one of AC Delco's largest distributors, SPX/Dealer Equipment and Services.
