Wahlin will be responsible for actively pursuing and awarding new franchises within the ABRA system. Wahlin joined ABRA in 1998 as a District Manager, and was promoted to Director of Franchising in 2000. Prior to that, Wahlin owned and operated three Minnesota-based ABRA franchise locations. "For the past several years ABRA has not been actively seeking new franchisees," stated Wahlin. "I look forward to having a focus on franchise development, and the value it can bring to the ABRA Auto Body & Glass system. Our strategy is to build up our franchise presence in smaller markets that are adjacent to our large corporate markets."
