ABRA Auto Body & Glass Acquires Three Locations in Atlanta, Georgia.

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 7, 1999--

ABRA Auto Body & Glass, LLC, the nation's leader in damaged vehicle repair, today announced it has successfully completed its acquisition of the Crown Collision Centers of Lilburn, North Fulton and Suwanee, (suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia).

Crown Collision Centers, formerly owned by Linda and David Prance, was founded in 1994 in Lilburn, GA and within five years they have added the two additional locations.

David Prance stated, "I believe the key to our success has been our organization's dedication to our customers. When Linda and I made the decision to sell our company we interviewed many of the industry consolidators. After meeting with ABRA our search ended, we knew ABRA was the perfect fit."

The addition of these three locations is consistent with ABRA's strategy to further expand its presence in the Atlanta, Georgia market.

ABRA acquired its first location in the Atlanta market in August of last year, and now has nine shops.
