 score of 99.3% in September September: see month. . The surveys, which were conducted by independent marketing firm CSi Complete, recorded responses from 2,075 ABRA customers who received repairs throughout the month of September.

The 99.3% CSI score was received in response to the question "Would You Recommend ABRA?". In September, the industry's average response to this question was 95.1%. Additional scores recorded by CSi Complete for ABRA were 99.1% for Customer Service, 98.0% for Paint, and 96.5% for Body Work. In addition, four of ABRA's six major markets received a perfect 100% CSI score in September.
