ABR has entered into an agreement to purchase a 110,000 square foot facility situated on 12.7 acres of land in Palm Harbor for $3.4 million. ABR anticipates that the new facility will not fully accommodate all of its long-term needs, and is therefore doing some preliminary investigation of other sites for long-term future needs.

As part of its expansion plan, ABR has also leased 12,000 square feet of office space in nearby Clearwater, Fla. to meet short term needs, and will relocate certain of its operations there effective Dec. 1, 1995.
