The new ABR/ Colliers assignment is for the 280,000-square-foot Manhattan Tower at 101 East 52nd Street, on behalf of 600 Lexington Avenue Associates, announced John H. Benisch. Earlier this mouth, the firm was named exclusive leasing and managing agent of the 380,000-square-foot building at 10 East 53rd Street by its new ownership, New Millennium Estates, Ltd.

ABR/Colliers principals Mark P. Boisi and James B. Frederick join Benisch on the agency team, which brings to the assignment ABR/Colliers's 15-year record managing 6 million square feet of sane sane (san) sound in mind.
