ABR/Colliers get leasing management exclusive.

For the second time this year, Abrams Benisch Riker, Inc./Colliers International Property Consultants (ABR) has been awarded the exclusive leasing and management of a major Midtown office tower.

The new ABR/ Colliers assignment is for the 280,000-square-foot Manhattan Tower at 101 East 52nd Street, on behalf of 600 Lexington Avenue Associates, announced John H. Benisch. Earlier this mouth, the firm was named exclusive leasing and managing agent of the 380,000-square-foot building at 10 East 53rd Street by its new ownership, New Millennium Estates, Ltd.

ABR/Colliers principals Mark P. Boisi and James B. Frederick join Benisch on the agency team, which brings to the assignment ABR/Colliers's 15-year record managing 6 million square feet of sane of Midtown's finest office space, as well as prior experience with Manhattan Tower itself as exclusive leasing agent.

Originally developed as a speculative office tower by London and Leeds Corporation, the building is home to such prestigious tenants as NEC America, Inc.; Jones, Hirsch, Conners & Bull and Loomis Sayles & Co., Inc.
