ABMC Regains Compliance With Nasdaq Marketplace Rules.


KINDERHOOK, N.Y. -- On April 27, 2005, the Company had reported in a Current Report on Form 8-K Form 8-K

The first electronic stock market listing over 5000 companies. The Nasdaq stock market comprises two separate markets, namely the Nasdaq National Market, which trades large, active securities and the Nasdaq Smallcap Market that trades emerging growth companies.
 informed the Company that the closing bid of the Company's common stock had closed for the last thirty consecutive business days below the minimum $1.00 per share requirement for a period of 30 consecutive business days required for continued inclusion under Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(4).

In a letter dated September 30, 2005, the Nasdaq Stock Market informed the Company that the closing bid of the Company's common stock had been at $1.00 per share or greater for at least 10 consecutive business days and that the Company had therefore regained compliance with Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(4) and that this matter is now closed.
