KINDERHOOK, N.Y. -- American Bio Medica Corporation (NASDAQ:ABMC) announced today the results of issues brought to a vote at the Company's annual meeting of shareholders held yesterday.

Shareholders re-elected the two nominees to the Company's Board of Directors. Anthony G. Costantino, Ph.D and Carl A. Florio each received over 90% of the votes cast at the meeting. As a result, board members Costantino and Florio will each serve a three year term expiring at the 2010 Annual Meeting,
