Shareholders overwhelmingly elected the five nominees to the Company's Board of Directors. Stan Cipkowski, Edmund Jaskiewicz, Richard P. Koskey, Daniel W. Kollin and Anthony G. Costantino, Ph.D. each received over 97% of the votes cast at the meeting. The addition of Dr. Costantino brings the total number of independent directors to 3, or a majority of the Board There were no other matters brought to a vote.
