) today declared a second quarter cash dividend of $0.10 per common share for payment on May 5, 1997, to stockholders of record on April 15, 1997.

This will be ABM's 125th consecutive quarterly cash dividend, and is 14% greater than the second quarter cash dividend of $.0875 per share in 1996.

Last week, ABM reported record first quarter revenues, net income and earnings per share for the first three months ended Jan. 31, 1997.
