:ABM), has been awarded a multi-year, multi-million dollar building maintenance contract at 181 West Madison, a Class A office building located in Chicago's loop. Designed by renowned architect Cesar Pelli, 181 West Madison is owned by Prudential Real Estate Investors and is managed by MB Real Estate.
