ABM Janitorial Services Awarded Contract Renewal with Salt River Project.

SAN FRANCISCO -- ABM Janitorial Services, an operating unit of ABM Industries Incorporated (NYSE:ABM), has been awarded a multi-year, multi-million dollar contract renewal with Salt River Project (SRP), Arizona's second largest utility provider. The contract covers comprehensive janitorial service and maintenance for more than 1 million square feet at multiple SRP facilities located throughout a 100-square mile radius in Phoenix and the surrounding metroplex.

Salt River Project comprises the Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District, a political subdivision of the state of Arizona and the Salt River Valley Water Users' Association, a private corporation. SRP is based in Phoenix and is the nation's third-largest public power utility and one of Arizona's largest water suppliers, providing power to nearly 860,000 customers throughout a 2,900-square-mile service territory in central Arizona.
