ABM Janitorial Contracts with Consumers Energy in Michigan.

ABM Janitorial Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ABM Industries Incorporated (NYSE:ABM), has been awarded a multi-year contract with Consumers Energy, the principal subsidiary of CMS Energy. ABM will provide cleaning and maintenance services for six facilities encompassing 826,000 square feet throughout Michigan, including the new, 13-story CMS Energy headquarters building in Jackson. In addition, ABM currently provides janitorial service at another 11 properties, totaling 552,000 square feet.
