ABM - Asynchronous Balanced Mode ) today reported record first quarter revenues, net income, and earnings per share for the three months ended Jan. 31, 1996. Revenues for the first quarter were $254,401,000, a 10 percent increase compared to $232,062,000 for the same period in 1995. Net income was $4,048,000, a 20 percent increase compared to $3,387,000 in the same period last year. Earnings per share increased by 14 percent to 40 cents for the first quarter compared to 35 cents a year earlier.
