ABM Industries Incorporated Names New Executive for ABM Engineering Services.Mike Latham to Succeed Jim Scranton as President SAN FRANCISCO -- ABM Industries Incorporated (NYSE NYSE See: New York Stock Exchange :ABM) has named Mike Latham as executive vice president of wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock. Latham joins ABM following six years at Ford Motor Company. Working in close cooperation with current ABM Engineering President Jim Scranton, Latham will succeed Scranton as president on May 1, 2007.
