ABM Industries Incorporated Names Christopher Bouvier Vice President.

SAN FRANCISCO -- The board of directors of ABM Industries Incorporated (NYSE:ABM) has promoted Christopher Bouvier, Esq., 41, to serve as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel of ABM and counsel for ABM Janitorial Services.

In his new role, Bouvier will work closely with ABM Janitorial senior management assisting them to focus on the increasing complexity and variety of legal issues facing the industry today. Additionally, Bouvier will be responsible for the management of commercial litigation for the Janitorial Division and continue to serve as ABM's company-wide expert on labor union strategy and negotiations.

Bouvier began his career with ABM ten years ago in human resources as labor counsel, and most recently, held the position of Assistant Vice President and Senior Employment Counsel. A 1984 graduate of the University of San Francisco with a BA in Government, Bouvier earned his Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1987.

Bouvier resides in San Francisco with his wife Suanne and son Michael. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Randall Museum Friends, a San Francisco non-profit organization, and provides pro-bono legal advice through the Bar Association of San Francisco's Volunteer Legal Services Program.
